OUR PACKAGES
Managed IT Services Packages
IT Support built around your business
No two businesses have exactly the same technology, risks, or support requirements. Our managed IT services are therefore built around three levels of protection: Sentry Tower, Battlements, and Castle.
Each level builds on the one before it. You can then inform us of how many Business locations you have, and the number of users and devices you need us to manage, along with any additional add on services that suit your business needs.
We will help you understand what you need, what you do not need, and which level offers the right balance of support and security.
Choose your level of protection

Understanding your IT setup and what could be improved - S B C
We begin by building a clear picture of the technology your business relies on, including your devices, users and key systems. This helps us identify gaps, highlight potential risks and recommend improvements suited to the way your business works. Keeping this information accurate and up to date also means that, when you need support, our team already understands your setup and can respond with efficiency and personability.
Yet only 41% of small businesses carried out a cyber security risk assessment in the past year. You cannot address a weakness you

Keeping your computers running smoothly – S B C
We take care of the routine maintenance your computers need to remain secure, reliable and working as they should. By keeping essential software up to date and identifying potential problems early, we can resolve many issues before they disrupt your business. This reduces avoidable downtime and helps your team work efficiently without being slowed down by unreliable technology.
×
Keeping your files safe from attacks and accidental deletion – S B C
We keep secure backup copies of your important business files so they can be recovered if accidentally deleted, damaged or affected by a cyberattack. Selected packages also include off-site backup, keeping an additional copy away from your premises and main systems. If local equipment is stolen, damaged or compromised, you still have a route to recovery, reducing downtime and helping your business continue operating smoothly.
The latest National Cyber Security Centre guidance reports that one in two small UK businesses suffers a cyber incident each year. Without a recoverable backup, one attack could stop work, delay customers, and permanently destroy vital business data.
×
Remote access to our technical expertise – S B C
When you need support, our technicians can securely access your computer remotely to investigate and resolve many issues without you waiting for an on-site visit. This gives your team faster access to expert help, reduces disruption and gets them back to work sooner. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we can identify the appropriate next steps, with further on-site support offered as part of certain packages.
×
Managing important security and software updates – B C
Software providers regularly release updates to fix security weaknesses, correct faults and improve reliability. We manage important updates for covered devices and software, helping ensure they are installed consistently and at the right time. This reduces the risk of known weaknesses being exploited and saves time taken away from your team having to manage updates themselves.
Only 34% of UK businesses had a policy to apply security updates within 14 days. A computer can appear to be working normally while a known security weakness remains open. If you cannot confidently say who checks your devices and when, it is time to find out.
×
Supporting your team with Microsoft 365 – B C
We manage your Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licences, and access to essential tools such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. We also support your team with everyday issues and make changes when employees join, leave, or change roles. This keeps your services organised, your business information protected, and your team working without unnecessary disruption.
×
Protecting your business mailboxes – B C
We add an extra layer of protection to your business email accounts, helping to identify and block phishing attempts, malicious attachments, spam, and messages impersonating someone you trust. This reduces the chance of harmful emails reaching your team and protects your business information from one of the most common routes used by cybercriminals.
Phishing affected 38% of UK businesses in the past year and was considered the most disruptive type of attack by 69% of affected businesses. It only takes one convincing message reaching the wrong person. Find out whether your current email protection is doing enough.
×
Looking after your servers and shared storage – B C
We manage the central systems that store your shared files and support important parts of your business. Through routine maintenance and early identification of potential issues, we help keep them secure, reliable and accessible to the right people. This reduces the risk of disruption and allows your team to access the files and systems they need without managing the technical side themselves.
×
Carrying out regular on-site maintenance – B C
Our technicians visit your premises at agreed intervals to carry out maintenance that is best completed in person. This allows us to check your physical equipment, address developing issues, and better understand how your team uses its technology day to day. Regular visits help keep your IT reliable and identify potential improvements, promoting growth and preventing further technical problems.
×
Responding to suspicious activity – S B C
When unusual or potentially harmful activity is identified, our team investigates and takes appropriate action to protect your business. This may include securing affected accounts or devices, limiting further risk and advising your team on any necessary steps. A prompt response helps prevent a potential threat from developing into a serious disruption or data breach.
Only 25% of businesses and 21% of micro businesses had a formal cyber incident response plan. When something suspicious happens, your team should not be deciding its first step in the moment.
×
Helping your team recognise cyber threats – B C
We provide practical security awareness training to help your team recognise phishing emails, suspicious links, and other common warning signs. By giving employees the confidence to pause, check and report anything unusual, we reduce the risk of a simple mistake becoming a serious security incident. Regular training also helps keep your team informed as cyber threats continue to change.
Despite the prevalence of phishing, only 14% of micro businesses and 33% of small businesses provided cyber security training or awareness activities in the past year. Give your employees the knowledge to recognise a threat before they accidentally let it into your business.
×
Checking for security weaknesses and compliance risks – C
We review your IT systems to identify security weaknesses and areas that may not meet relevant data protection, regulatory or industry requirements. We explain any concerns clearly and recommend practical improvements, prioritising the risks that matter most. This helps strengthen your security and supports your compliance responsibilities, although technology alone cannot guarantee compliance.
Although 55% of small businesses reported having some form of cyber insurance, 22% of businesses did not know whether they had any cyber cover at all. Having insurance and understanding its security requirements are not the same thing. Our audit can help you identify questions that should be checked against your policy before you need to make a claim.
×
Providing our highest level of backup and recovery - B* C*
Our Complete package provides our most comprehensive protection against data loss. Secure off-site copies give your business a stronger route to recovery if its main systems are damaged, stolen or compromised by a cyberattack. This helps restore essential information more efficiently, reducing downtime and preventing a serious incident from becoming permanent data loss.
×
Protecting your computers from cyber threats - S B C
Traditional antivirus is no longer enough on its own. Antivirus helps to identify known malicious software, while advanced device protection looks for suspicious behaviour that could signal a new or developing threat.
Together, these layers help us identify potentially harmful activity on covered devices and take the appropriate next steps to support you and your business, limiting further risk.
×
Managing and protecting your business wifi and network - B* C
Your network is what connects the computers, phones, printers and systems your team relies on to the internet. When something stops working, it is not always clear whether the problem is inside the business network or with the internet connection itself.
We monitor and maintain the network equipment we manage, helping to identify developing issues and establish where a fault lies. This means your team has one technical point of contact rather than being left to work out who is responsible.
If you need a new or improved Wi-Fi setup, we can also supply and install suitable equipment as a separately quoted option, so you receive assistance from the initial setup through to ongoing support.
×
Protecting work carried out on phones and tablets - B* C
Phones and tablets often hold emails, client information and access to important business systems. We set up and manage company-owned devices so they contain the approved work apps and information your team needs, with the right security controls in place.
If a device is lost, replaced or no longer needed by an employee, we can remove company information and access remotely. This helps keep business data from being left behind on a device that is no longer under your control.
×
Protecting company data on employee's personal devices - B* C
Flexible working should not mean personal phones and tablets become unmanaged copies of company information. We can protect approved work apps and company data separately from an employee’s personal content, with security rules that apply to the business side only.
If someone leaves, loses their device or no longer needs access, we can remove the company data and managed work apps without accessing or deleting their personal photos, messages or files. This helps protect business and personal information, while supporting your wider data-protection responsibilities.
×
Checking for security weaknesses and compliance risks - B* C*
Security weaknesses can develop over time as systems, software and the way your team works change. We regularly review the IT systems we manage to identify potential vulnerabilities, outdated configurations and areas where security could be improved.
We also help highlight areas that may create a compliance risk, such as inadequate security controls, unsupported software or gaps in how business data is protected. Where an issue is identified, we will recommend practical steps to reduce the risk. This gives you a clearer picture of your businesses security position
